I've been using Jimmy to service my cars for several years now. I appreciate the knowledge he and his mechanic, Ryan, have about cars in general. They know details about models without having to look them up; it's really fascinating. I appreciate that they take time to find parts at the most competitive price, will give me reminders of repairs and maintenance I need to do, and will offer advice about how to take care of auto issues. The shop is low-key, has a comfortable waiting area if you have to wait on service, but typically they are pretty fast. Fast, friendly & efficient-- highly recommend!
Ryan and the guys at North Fulton Auto Center area awesome. I took my 99 s class in for some maintenance and it ended up needing a new control arm. Ryan wasn’t sure if he could find the part since the car is so old but he managed to dig through the internet and find the part for much less than the dealers cost. My car is running super smooth now. Thanks guys!
My old Mercedes' A/C wasn’t working and, after reading the universally superlative reviews of North Fulton Auto Center, I made an appointment with them. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! They were extremely competent and professional, and had the repair done quickly and for a very reasonable price. Recently I had an issue with the electrical system. Ryan not only diagnosed the problem immediately, he took care of other significant issues and I had my car back in one day. Leaving their lot, I felt like I was driving a new car! At that time Ryan asked if I would like a replacement for my radio (that hadn’t worked in several years) and I was thrilled at the idea. Once again, he went above and beyond. The first time Ryan worked on my car, he said he thought he could repair my non-functioning convertible top. I had spent a small fortune with several “experts” and ended the experience a poorer person who still could not put her top down. After completing the recent repairs mentioned above, Ryan, with his knowledge and expertise, was able quickly to make my non-convertible a convertible again! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend North Fulton Auto Center.
